14-Day Return Policy
At klear. we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, no questions asked.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Hygiene products that have been opened cannot be returned for health and safety reasons
How to Return
- Send an email to info@klearsociety.nl with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided
- Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- We are not responsible for items lost during return shipping — we recommend using a tracked shipping service
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Did you receive a damaged or incorrect item? Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@klearsociety.nl with photos of the damage. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date via your account or by emailing info@klearsociety.nl.
